#1  Stress reduction :  my most effective and favorite 
method is distance running.  I have time to myself to just let my mind wander and unwind, good for the body as well!
#2  blasting loud music, all kinds of music but especially rock, this is when I can just let gol 
Sunday;  weekly softball or volleyball game
Monday :  make available on all shifts a student massage therapist for neck, back, etc. massages.
Tuesday:set aside time for a controlled venting session.
Wednesday:  Ice cream sundae bar all you can eat!
Thursday: Play music, a different kind each week.
Friday: dress down day, wear your favorite jeans and tees.
Saturday: Meet for pizza and beer , cut loose a little.
