We lay on the floor with our eyes closed. Dr. Bevilacqua plays relaxation music and does hypnotherapy. She has a private practice in Fort Myers. Anyway, I was having a lot of back pain for a few weeks and after taking one of her classes I got up and walked - pain free for the first time in weeks. Of course the pain all came back when I sat down about an hour later for a three hour class, but it is pretty impressive when your in that much pain and all of the sudden it is gone - even if it was only temporary.
