1. For stress reduction at work I will frequently go to my office close the door and listen to music for awhile. I also will go for a run on a very streeful day. This tends to clear my head. I will also spend time working with my horses.
2. Stress Reduction Activities:
1. 30 minutes of message therapy
2. 15 minutes of meditation with relaxation music
3. 30 minute nap time
4. 30 minutes at the workout center
5. staff luncheon/party
6. 30 minute vent session about the days activities
7. happy hour on friday for staff
