My recent experience of releasing stress from a hard day at work and school is to have a massage by a massage therapist for an hour, so I can relax and forget about everything else. Another way is to soak myself in a hot bubble bath and fall asleep for a while.
Stress release schedule:
Monday- Get together at a nice hotel and go swimming, soap in the Jacuzzi or sit in a steam room to start out the week right.
Tuesday-Split into two group and have a win, lose drawing game to take everyone mind off other things.
Wednesday-It's the middle of the week so to keep everyone on track, I would have a lunch theater with a comedian to make everyone laugh.
Thursday-Pay expense for everyone to receive a 1/2 hour massage by a massage therapist to relax him or her.
Friday-Invite everyone to a gym for a work out session so they can take their stress out on weights, aerobic, or stair master.
Saturday-Party time! Everyone would meet at a nice dance club, have a few drink and dance, and forget the rest.
Sunday- Have a shorter day at work, and have a barbecue at the park with all the sport they can play, also with all the junk food they can eat to help them forget the past week and prepare for a new week.
