1. The two most successful ways I have personall found to reduce stress is exercise and laughter. Exercise helps me to blow off steam and physically work out my stress. Laughter allows me to poke fun at something or me and this will usually change my perspective on the situation so that I can relax more. 2. Monday - Take a slow walk around the pond at the hospital and just reflect on the pond. Tuesday - Have trash day. Everyone spends the morning clearing their desks of unnecessary and unimportant items. The one who fills the trash can the most would win a prize. Wednesday - Have a social group meet after work to just shoot the breeze. Thursday - Have the funny 10 mins spot. The group for ten mins. will tell all the jokes that they known. Friday - End early day. Allow the staff to work only 1/2 today and go home early for the weekend. Saturday - Group camping. Purpose is to get out and enjoy nature. Sunday - Reflect on the past week and the events that happen and plan for more games for the next week.
