1. The first case I would chose whoever was on the list first meaning first serve basis if this was not the case then I would choose #3 to get the liver transplant only because the 44 years old woman has two children that are involved. She has the responsibility to still be a mother to these kids.
2. Although I do feel that all the other applicants deserve to get a liver transplant whether of who they are but I just think that the ethical issue is that the children needs their mother and being put in a foster care if their mother were to die then that wouldn't be to good.

1. The problem is the untruth of this perspective
2. I would consider saying okay to my supervisor, but then tell the patient is she still refuse to be treated then I would leave. Secondly, I will tell the head supervisor of the clinical supervisor of what he said that was a definite NO-NO thing to ask of his students! Lastly, I will ask another student if they want to lie and take care of Mrs.Johnson.
3. Distrust is not in our regulatory or code of ethics in any medical profession and any damage that can put the patient at threat can be unquestionable. this can ruin the students career as a health profession.
4.Integrity is the best policy and going with your best judgement will relieve the stress.

1. Being untruthful goes with this criteria. Maybe it was just one simple lie that would do no harm for this to be justified. First of all the woman should not have been told that her husband is growing weaker and that he has been waiting for her before he died unless that is what he said. If not things are left to be unsaid. Meaning no volunterring statements should be spoken.
2. I would choose a different action. I would not have lie to the woman because if you did you would have to live with that forever and its not worth it. I wouldn't like it if I was being lied to so I would rather here the truth and know that my husband is resting in peace even though I could not see him for one last time.
