: I don't know about you, but not only is Jeremy Strohmeyer getting prosecuted, but I think that David Cash should be charged as an accessary to murder. He stood there and did nothing. There is no "good Samaritan" law that makes a witnesses to crimes or accidents be morally or legally obligated to help, and I think there needs to be.
