: : Does anyone have any examples of situations involving the Good Samaritan law? What are some legal issues involved

: I stopped and performed CPR on a man would had a cardiac arrest on his morning walk.
: His ribs fractured away from his sternum with the first compression. He survived and spent a few days in the ICU. If he would have
: wanted to sue, the EMS people never took my name for him to know who worked on him

He should consider himself very lucky to be alive. I too, have separated a few ribs, and you never forget the feel and sound, but if it gives someone some hope, it's worth it.
