During a code and going for another anticub vein, she got the radial artery instead (hard to tell no perfusion = blue blood, no perfusion = no pulsation) The patient survived but lost the arm because the radial artery clotted off. Lawsuit or not?
Lawsuit but may not lose the lawsuit because of the circumstances.
