One of the "goals" we have already taken care of is to establish a "charge person" with whom the nursing floors can have contact with. I think part of the communication problem comes from the somewhat high turnover rate and travelers that don't necessarily know our format. Perhaps there needs to be a liason person who represents a certain block of patients on the floor to be in better contact with us.
