: I agree with some of what you wrote. I just want to remind everyone that ceu's doesn't mean a professional is competent or capable of doing the job. It just means that they took a course, program, self-study module, etc and either demonstrated some specific skills, or survive a lecture, or possibly took a test. There is not a requirement for any of this except it be a certain length in time and covering pertinent issues.
