1. The first thing that I would do is to send out a survey to all health professionals and ask them what they would
like to see in each of their respective disciplines.
Also, have speakers in each discipline come in to give education
on the job. Also, I would make it reasonably affordable so that all health professionals
can attend. The advice I would give is to have a computer that can link up with other modalities
so that the employees can access the Internet on the time off.
The most important thing is to get the employees
involved in their continuing education. If they
know that the education will help them advance
within their chosen field, they could be very
    receptive to the idea.
2. PEDIATRICS-- how to calm a child and have them cooperate for the exam.

Respiratory Therapy- I would like to understand the ventilator and how it affects
the patients' normal respirations, and the effect on portable chest radiographs.
PHYSICAL THERAPY-- THIS IS ESPECIALLY INTERESTING IN THAT THE HOSPITAL
WHERE I WORK DO BETWEEN 100 TO 175 TOTAL JOINTS A MONTH. I AM INTERESTED
ON HOW THEY GET THE PATIENT BACK TO A NORMAL LIFE.
3. I BELIEVE THAT IF YOU ARE A DEDICATED HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL, YOU WOULD WANT TO BE AT THE TOP
OF YOUR FIELD IN TREATING YOUR PATIENTS. tHE PATIENTS PUT THEIR TRUST IN US TO GIVE THEM THE BEST
    POSSIBLE CARE THAT WE CAN.
MANDATORY-- WE ARE IN THE HEALING BUSINESS. EVERYDAY PATIENTS PUT THEIR LIVES IN OUR HANDS. WE MUST
HAVE THE MOST ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE AND KNOW HOW IT CAN HELP OUR PATIENTS.
iF WE DO NOT TAKE OUR EDUCATION SERIOUSLY, WE SHOULD NOT BE IN THE HEALTH CARE FIELD IN MY VIEW.
I BELIEVE THAT THE HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL SHOULD PUT HIM/HER IN THE PATIENTS' PLACE AND SEE HOW
THEY WOULD FEEL IF THE HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL WAS NOT UP TO DATE ON ALL THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY.
