Case Study #1- I would think #2. yes if it was possible to give Senora her tooth just in case for the tooth fairy :o). Usually I think the dentist does ask if the patient
would like to keep their tooth for any reasons at all even though it isn' t that hygienic they can always sterilize it before giving it to you. Nowadays I'm not sure how
they do it.
Case study #2- I think either #2 or #3 are both good it does show respects to your elder by calling them by their last name on the other hand I know that
sometimes being bilingual it can be difficult to say the name Giesele, when that happens I call them by their other name just so that I don't say their name wrong
which they can get upset.
Case study #3- I would not pick any, it can be due to a misunderstanding that The Poiter's do not know what happens when seeing a physician and I take it that #1
If I were to chose why that would be the reason and why they receive a bill, they're probably thinking that their insurance company will take care of it. It all depends
on the situation.
