: : : : O.K. It is time to move on to the next question. The model of practice was part of our assignment today. I had a chance to read your areas. My question is this. Do you see one model of practice becoming common place in our health care and another losing prominence? If so, what are your reasons for this happening.

: : : The long term care is definitely her to stay especially here in FL.

: : I absolutely agree with you Nancy. I am just wondering can people afford to pay the prices of this long-term care without help from the government. Especially, in light that we the baby boomers are getting older.

: I doubt any one can afford to pay the quoted 37,000/yr for long term care. Something needs to be offered in terms of financial help in some form, i do not know what though.

So, maybe, Long term care will also become some type of managed care. Interesting concept.
