Yes I think there has to be change even if I don't like them. Gov't regulations and controol forces changes; there has to be some way to control "freeloaders" of the insurance systems, those who are in tough times need some kind of care ie Medicaid, or their medical problems will cost more if left unattended; and a biggee, if I don't accept change I won't have a job!
