Organizations have elements of scientific management, neoscientific management, human relations or human resources that predominate. After reading the textbook and PowerPoint presentation, describe the organization (e.g. school) where you are employed or one where you were previously employed and determine which management models it most closely fits. Why do you think the organizational structure fits one of these models?

In your opinion, is the existing model of management in your school or work environment the most effective for the organization? If so, why? If it is not a desirable organizational pattern, what would you suggest as an alternative form of management?
